The family owned winery located in Prosser pay tribute to their aviation heritage. The winery was built to resemble the WWII airbase that was once located the farm. The owners are Mike and Kristeen Miller, Kent and Chris Smith.

Marcus Miller is the winemaker. His philosophy is to make affordable approachable wines, taking pride in handcrafting phenomenal wines starting in the vineyards all the way to the glass. Airfield Estates grows over 26 wine grape varietals and utilizes many of these varietals to craft outstanding blends. Signature wines include Bombshell Red and Unoaked Chardonnay

Kay Simons and Clay Mackey combined their experience in winemaking and viticulture in 1983 to form Chinook Wines with Kay as the winemaker. Chinook makes small quantities of high quality wines each year and hand sells them to top restaurants and fine wine merchants in the Pacific Northwest. They produce dry wines from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon grapes.

Performs crushing and winemaking services for other wineries throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Europe and Japan. In order to focus solely on the need of its custom wine and winegrape juice customers, Coventry Vale does not produce or distribute retail brands.

Produces varietal wines such as Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Chenin Blanc in styles tailored to customers specifications. High quality premium varietal wines and wine grape juices are their specialty. Coventry Vale has the facilities and expertise to handle all aspects of winemaking.

Covey Run was named for the coveys of quail that roam their vineyard. They are owned by Constellation Brands and have been making wines for over twenty years. They are a major producer of Washington wines, including the popular Icewine.

The top five vineyards in this area are Whiskey Canyon, Celilo, Alder Ridge, Buoy and Oasis. The winemaker is Kate Michaud.

The winery opened in 2001, with the current Pueblo style building opening in 2007. Desert Wind Winery is housed in two buildings the tasting room/hospitality center and the production facility. The hospitality center includes a 3,600 square foot tasting room and gift shop, a 3,265 square foot banquet facility, a 2,500 square foot restaurant and demonstration kitchen, as well as four guest rooms The production facility is housed in a 16,200 square foot building adjacent to the hospitality center.

The winery is owned by the Fries family. The winemaker is Greg Fries whose philosophy is to produce excellent wines at an affordable price using 100% estate-grown fruit. They produce 20,00 cases a year Signature wine a Bordeaux blend called Ruah Their vineyards are located on the Wahluke Slopes.

Kana is a native word for the spirit or the fire within a mountain, in reference to the perceived supernatural power of volcanic activity. The wineries name reflecting the soil of the Yakima Valley. Mark Wysling is the owner.

Dr. Wade Wolfe, who received his doctorate in enology-viniculture at UC Davis, has taken on the role of Kana's winemaking and vineyard consultant. Ben Grossman and Scott Southard are the winemakers. They focus on Rhone style wines.

The winery opened in early 1999 on three acres of land in the Prosser Wine and Food Park. The building is 15,000 square feet, which includes a 13,500 square foot cellar, tank, warehouse and barrel area as well as a 1,500 square foot tasting room, gift shop and office. The winery is owned by John and Helen Walker.

Production is 90% Lady in Red, a red table blend, as well as red varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. The remaining 10% is in Platinum - a blend of Gewürztraminer and Viognier, as well as Chardonnay and Viognier varietals.

Flint Nelson is the winemaker whose philosophy is: "To produce fruit and wines of the highest quality and to market them creatively to the surprise and delight of our customers."

Olsen Estates winery is located at the edge of town in Prosser, Washington opening in 2007. Owned by brothers Dick and Larry Olsen along with their sons Lief and Martin. The winemaker is Kyle Johnson. Winemaking philosophy: "Quality begins in the vineyard, greatness follows with careful care in the cellar."

The Olsens have been growing grapes since 1980, their first crush was in 2006. Their initial vintage featured a line-up of whites – Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Riesling.They offer rare Rhone style blends and 100% varietal wines, including a Botrytis Riesling. Signature wines are Rouge des Coteaux, Chardonnay and Petit Verdot.

The winery hopes to produce 12,000 cases by 2013 Their wines can be found in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, New Mexico, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Florida, North Dakota, Virginia, and Colorado

Dean Tucker, founded Tucker Cellars in 1981, they are one of the oldest grape growers in the State. The winery is now owned by Randy and Debbie Tucker. Randy has been winemaker and Director of Operations at the winery since 1983.

The winery has a commanding view of the Yakima Valley including Mt Adams and Mt Rainier. Their signature wine is Sangiovese, all wines are low in sulfite, fruit first wines and easy to drink.

Willow Crest Winery was founded in 1995 by David J. Minick, a longtime grape grower in the Yakima Valley. The Minick Family first planted wine grapes on their Roza farm, North of Prosser in 1982. Focusing on Pinot Gris/Grigio and Syrah, Willow Crest Winery uses estate grown fruit that winemaker David Minick planted, cultivated, and harvested to create crisp Pinot Gris and bold Syrah's.

The vineyards and production facility are located 6 miles north of Prosser at 1,300 ft.elevation, overlooking the Yakima Valley with a surrounding view of wine grapes.
