Grüner Veltliner
Owners Aron Hess and Pam Walden met by chance in the French countryside in 1996.
In 2000, their dream became a reality when they produced four barrels of Pinot Noir from Phelps Creek vineyard in Hood River. The wine was bottled into ninety-seven 12-bottle cases and thus was born Daedalus Cellars. Eight years later Daedalus has grown to around 3500 cases annually.
Aron Hess is the winemaker.
The name Daedalus comes from Greek mythology

EIEIO & Company began in 1995 with Jay McDonald (EIEIO) and several Oregon winemakers (& Company) that Jay represented at The Tasting Room in Carlton. What began as a purely négociant, 200 case pursuit has grown into a fully bonded 1,500 case operation. To date, EIEIO & Co produces seven Pinot Noirs; three cuvees - Cuvee E, Cuvee I, and Blackburn Reserve, and five single vineyard designates - Broadley Vineyard (Monroe, OR), Canary Hill Vineyard ( Salem , OR ), Meredith Mitchell (McMinnville, OR), Stermer Vineyard ( Carlton , OR ), and Wind Hill (Banks, OR). Each wine is unique and distinctive. 2006 marks the first vintage of EIEIO & Company Chardonnay- Cuvee E and Cuvee I. Two different styles, each is good and not just for white wine.

Emerson Vineyards is a family operation founded by Tom Johns. Son
Elliott is the winemaker. There are 24 acres planted with vines (20 of which are various pinot noir clones) and producing 2,500 cases of wine per year. Other “experimental” grapes planted include viognier, Maréchal Foch, baco noir, Leon Millot and Oberlin noir. Ultimately, these grapes are destined for blending to soften, add texture or round out a wine .
Their philosophy : We believe that the key to world-class wines is not winery
magic – it's beautiful, carefully farmed grapes grown in the best possible conditions.
Our goal is to grow the best fruit possible. If we do that, the wines almost make themselves; we

Erath Vineyards

In 1965 Dick Erath made the first barrel of wine in the garage of his home. Three years later he purchased a vineyard in
Chehalem Mountain and moved to the Dundee Hills.
The following spring, he planted the Dundee Hill's first wine grapes – 23 varieties. Pinot Noir flourished.
By 1972, Erath had produced his first commercial wine of 216 cases – the first official wine production in the Dundee Hills. Enchanted with French varietals, he soon began testing non-California clones and was instrumental in importing French clones to Oregon in 1974.
In 1976, Erath broke ground on the first winery in the Dundee Hills. Early successes, including the 1982 Pinot Noir vintage, inspired leading winemakers to move to Oregon to forge their own path in this special place. By 1882 the winery produces over 10,000 cases By 1987 the winery was selling around the world and producing 35,000 cases
In 2006 Ste Michelle Wine Estates purchased the winery
The tasting room is located in the middle of the vineyards, high in the beautiful
Dundee Hills, with stunning views in every direction.

Bruce Biehl and wife Bettina opened the doors of Eugene Wine Cellars. Bruce leased
his first vineyard in 1978 and began developing independent vineyards in the Willamette Valley while
earning his degree from Oregon State University in Agriculture Resource and Economics. Since graduating
school, Bruce has developed over 140 vineyard operations in 13 counties within Oregon.
Their two labels are B2 (as pictured) and Eugene Wine Cellars. Bruce's brother

The winery currently purchase Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for about half of their 4,500 case annual production, with the remainder of wine production from these varieties coming from their estate vineyard. Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer are produced exclusively from estate-grown fruit. The Raneys resided at our vineyard site since its planting. It wasn't, however, until 1991 that our present subterranean winery was located there, situated below our home on a knoll overlooking Le Puits Sec vineyard and an idyllic Willamette River landscape.

The oldest winery in Oregon founded in 1933 by Ron Honeyman and John Wood. The winery was originally called
Columbia Distillery, producing fruit brandies, cordials, and liqueurs.
During the war they discontinued brandy production and made premium fruit wines.
In 1980, the winery added Oregon Varietal Wines and in 1985, made its first specialty
wine from peach and Riesling. Honeywood now produces 12 varietal wines, 14 premium fruit wines,
and approximately 18 specialty wines and 2 hard ciders.

Established in 1999, the winery's name is a combination of Jim's Posser's grandfathers' names and represents a covenant he holds with their integrity.
Jim Prosser is the owner and winemaker. His focus is on making of classically structured, ageable, high-acid, smooth-tannin Pinot noir (and a little bit of Chardonnay).
For its first ten years, J.K. Carriere operated from a historic barn nestled in a working hazelnut orchard in Yamhill County, Oregon. In November 2007, J.K. Carriere purchased 40 acres of grape-growing land on the southeast flank of Parrett Mountain, about three miles due east of its original location, in the Chehalem Mountains AVA.
A wasp features prominently on the label because it has twice nearly killed him.
